This building is the old hospital. Nowadays among other functionalities it serves as the
Musical Institute of Ostrobothnia. Also the
Sibelius Academy has some functions here. The straircase and the tiling are brand new. It has been a very rainy and gray day. This photo was taken when there was a short pause in raining.
