Dandelion Meadow
Posted by
JK
This meadow is located near the center of Seinäjoki, beside the river. The are not so many places here where you can see this many dandelions at the same time. If I just remember, I will take another shot when they turn white.

Where is this cow going? One could get confused seeing this the first time
.... but luckily it is plastic. I think it's promoting some dairy related company.

Apple Tree

Apple trees have started flovering. This image was taken in the evening,
that's why the exposure is not as good as it could be.

Columns

This is the balcony of the old hospital of Seinäjoki. Today it serves as one of the local polytechnic's buildings. I wonder why modern buildings cant have columns like this. I like the decorative old style architecture. It's a pity there are not so many buildings here representing this style. I guess this one also needs some new paint on the balcony ceilings.

Sphere reflection

JK
Sorry for the one day gap between the posts. I'm back. If you wonder what this is...It's part of a statue, built to honor entrepreneurs. Self employment and entrepreunership is common and honorable in this area. The statue is standing in the middle of a roundabout. Reflections are always fun, but I like this especially when it is sphere shape.

Way of living

JK
Here people, especially families with small children prefer living in their own houses. This neighborhood was built about 6-7 years ago. If you look beyond these houses, you can see that agriculture is strong in this area as the fields open behind those trees.

Love Padlocks

Sweethearts have been adding these padocks into this fence for sometime now. Seinäjoki flows under this bridge, so I guess the keys have been thrown into the river.
