First day trip: Kristiinankaupunki

I haven't even posted so many photos of Seinäjoki yet, and already I have a photo from a day trip. But still...yesterday I had a chance to visit the lovely Kristiinankaupunki (Kristinestad) which is the first Cittaslow town in Finland. The town resides at the coast about 100 km from Seinäjoki.

I love the small streets and the nice wooden buildings which have lasted admirable well. Kristiinankaupunki for me is not the activities, but the slow, calm atmosphere and lovely sceneries with nice buildings, nature and the sea. This old town (established 1649) is worth a visit.
