The river Kyrönjoki has a lot of water during spring. If there is a threat of uncontrolled flooding, there is a possibility to open some locks and let the water flood on some fields. As you can see, it's a bit grayish here and it's been raining. That is the excuse for not posting photos for a few days.
It would be interesting to see a green spring version of this scene in a few weeks time.
