This old kiosk stands in the center of Seinäjoki. There was an article about it in a local newspaper just a few days ago. It was originally kept by a foundation for disabled. It was written in the article that the city will still preserve it and keep it in shape.
It hasn't served as a kiosk for a while, because it doesn't meet the modern standards. It's too small. It has some art hanging on the windows and it even has a sign on the roof saying:"Kioski Galleria Karmi", meaning "Kiosk Gallery Frame".
In the article it was confirmed to be just a legend that there would be a secret access to an underground air-raid shelter from the kiosk. A city employee told that there is only a storage cellar of the size of the kiosk under it.
Sorry about the bad angle...the traffic signs are kinda disturbing.
